Just an observation (pot-stirring?) here on "overscale" looking 3-rail 'O' items like say, some of the speeders, possibly the MTH Galloping Goose for example.
Does anyone see potential for some 3-rail O scale as 3-foot narrow gauge? At 1:32 Gauge 1, some models fit the bill, and O gauge comes out around 3-foot gauge. Would the Lionel crossing guard finally have a home?

No. Before any manufacturer will make anything special like that, they want to know if they can sell enough to get past the cost of the tooling. I know people in that scale exist but I do not know how many.
That thought has crossed my mind too, Firewood. However, my ideas weren't about commercially available items, it was more about possible future kitbashing / scratchbuilding projects. However, I have too much stuff on the bench already, so I doubt I ever get around to doing anything in that scale / gauge combination.
For sure, guys; thanks for the input. I was just kicking the idea around in the back of my head after seeing the RMT speeder, which has a sort of Gauge 1 on O gauge track look to it.
