WOW what great photos guys! I haven't check things out for a couple days and you all have posted some wonderful photos!

Paul, I do have a question, what do you use under your people to keep them upright?

Mike, my wife had a hobby tack, I'll call it, that she used for crafts...available in the shape of a bar of soap from one of the main hobby / craft stores.  It's gray and "claylike" and the adhesion isn't permanent.  You can easily lift the people and move them around.

Hot Glue will soften with heat gun.... hair dryer, directed at the glue.

Be Careful with the plastic people, I have a few that required minor surgery a couple of old marines that now wear a cast, don't ask  me how I know <g>

Fellows, there’s lots of great pictures and short videos with train action, all very interesting.
