Atlas o doesn't make 20 ft containers. Though they may in the future now that they acquired weaver tooling.

So far they only do 40's and 45's. It would be nice to see them make 20's, but the Weaver tooling may not be up to their standards.
MTH has made lots of 20's. I want to say that Right of Way also made 20's long ago.
It's times like this when it would be nice to have the old intermodal primer back. The beginning had a very nice discussion of which containers and cars were compatible.
