The October 2012 issue of CTT has a feature article about this layout and includes a track plan. I don't recall the illustration of the track plan being exactly to scale, but it's a comprehensive illustration that would make building an exact scale diagram with RR-Track software a fairly straightforward exercise. As I recall, the actual layout is 8x32. I'm sure Dorcie can chime in with any addition details.
