Don,  I wish I would have waited for a nicer bridge.  Oh well....  It doesn't look too bad if you squint.  

 

 

 

The piers are just made from 2" foam board.  Pretty easy to make.  Foam, hot glue and paint.  There are horizontal form lines in the foam.

 

The pour is from 1929 that is why it looks so bad 

 

No info on the gate at this time.  Shhhh

Hey I recognize that famous layout!!  Dave, I was going to make the trip up with our friend Don, but he ended up going up himself.  If he hasn't told you, Issac loves the MTH set!!  I need to make a trip to Mercer myself.

David, I don't live near you but if I did would offer to help Alan work in your shop to get the know-how for your bridge piers!  I need piers for 3 bridges.  Great work.
