Built platform in engine service area | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Last weekend I finished building and staining wooden platforms in the engine service area of the layout. Here are a few pictures.

I am just about ready to start laying ground cover and ballast in this part of the layout.

Pat,

The water tower is a Wathlers plastic kit. The cinder hoist came from Creasant Locomotive Wooiks, the Coal dock is a Sun Coast kit (maybe, been too long since I bought it), the sand house is a Kober kit, the water column / fuel hoses are MTH, and last but not least, the planks for the platform came from the Wal Mart craft section!.
