Finally found a Lionel caboose that matches my Williams FM trainmaster.
Lionel 6-6903 Santa Fe Extended Vision caboose New in the box.
I have been searching ebay but sellers think they are filled with gold.
Got this one with a best offer price.

Just bought all of these cars. Almost all of the flat cars have some military loads that still need a lot of detailing and weathering.
A turbine steam RailSound car for my post-war 682 steam turbine sounds great. However the train slows down drastically when I engage the whistle or horn buttons.
Finally got the new sound board from Lionel (the one from the Y6b), so my Giant now has a much better whistle and no more New York accent from the engineer (no offense to New Yorkers, just haven’t come across many in Appalachia)

I remember swiping those squaty brown Rheingold bottles from my dad's fridge like it was yesterday.
So many acronyms and superlatives available here... NOS, NIB, UNRN, TMCC, SMK, <5M away from my house...
I really believe the early to mid 2000's was Lionel's heyday. The level of detail is equivalent to Atlas, and certainly equal to Legacy...at a third the price.
$200 to you, sir. I'm chuffed to bits!

Went to train show in Dayton Ohio today. First show that I was aware of that hasn't been cancelled. I couldn't resist a set of runner 2343's for $80 bucks.
I really don't need anymore F3's but felt that I had to buy something...(I almost resisted) still floating "it's for the grandkids excuse".. 8-)

I would really like some of these WW1 tanks. Where did you find it? Any idea who makes it?
Found it. Thanks.

Gaso.Line makes a BUNCH of WW1 stuff. You can either buy them as kits (extremely tough to build), or as built up models. They are made of resin, and highly detailed. I know of a few places that stock them if you're interested.

Nice looking stuff, but please, please PLEASE remove the machine guns. Nobldy ever moved tanks with them in place unless the vehicles were manned for a short tactical movement.

Thank you for that! I was not aware about the guns being removed while being transported. I have a lot of flat cars with military loads on them, so it looks like I will have to do a lot of work

Greg, very nice haul. Who is the manufacturer of that Erie Depressed Center Flat?

Hey Paul, I appreciate the kind words! Honestly, I have no idea who makes it; I have some similar flat cars to it as well (see attached photo). I met a gentlemen who inherited his fathers whole 2 rail collection, and I’ve purchased a lot of things from him. When I asked him about the manufacture of both Erie and N&W flat cars, he was not sure. Sorry I wasn’t able to give you more information!

They look great, Joe. Remember them all from growing up in Brooklyn.
”My beer is Rheingold the dry beer, think of Rheingold whenever you buy beer...”
”Schaefer is the one beer to have when your having more than one”
And I don’t remember any Ballantine jingles!!! If you like NY beers, you should look into the NJ HiRailers line of beer reefers.

Yes, please. My email address is in my profile - like everyone's should be.
Paul you're right about the jingles, I can't remember Balantine's either. I do have one of the NJHR offerings, they're very nice but some of them just aren't my mug of beer.

Here are some links that should be helpful! The first site sells a bunch of Gaso.Line resin kits, the second has the mark iv on pre-order, the Shapeways link is a person with A LOT of 1/48 3D printed tanks from all wars, and the last two links are Gaso.Line built/painted WW1 tanks. If you have any questions, feel free to email me!!
Thank you Greg for the links as these will be very helpful
