Buy anything cool lately?

I received this Natty Bo reffer a couple weeks ago from Mr. Muffin's Trains.  This is an Atlas O car which I pre-ordered in late April 2020.  I find the car's overall detail to be stunning!  Clear sharp graphics, great door hinges and ladders.  This welcome addition to my fleet will be beer car number 13 in my collection beer cars.  

First a shout out to @mike g. for winning the packaging of the year award. The only thing missing was the colorful paper and bow.

I bought this PRR searchlight car to help his "I need a steam engine fund".

I added to my tmcc roster.  4410 is ready for service.

This Monopoly truck and I have no information on it. Is anybody know what year it was made?

The item number (which should be on the end of the orange box) would be helpful in determining when the piece was made.

The document number on the manual (71-8423-250) cross references to track inspection vehicles from 1996.

I know I'm late to the party but here is my York haul. Yes I know, there is an American Flyer 0-8-0 in there. That needs some rebuilding but for the price I got it for the work is worth it. The Dr. Pepper car is for my wife. I had to bring something home to her

Great finds fellows, actually I just purchased a slightly used Lionel Legacy 765 Steamer from a friend that lives near me, so it was hand delivered Friday. This version is the 2014 version with the working Mars light, and the sounds are amazing.

I went to a train show this past weekend and found a fellow selling scratchbuilt O scale structures.  I bought a small wooden church from him.

Thank you Mark, all I need to do now is track down Rich Melvin to autograph the book he wrote, 765, and now my 765 Lionel box. This is going to be a fun journey. Happy Railroading Everyone.

Larry, that's a great looking steam engine! I am still working on my funds build up to get a UP Steam engine from a forum member that is holding it for me! I just reduced all my prices to try and get there sooner! LOL

Walked into a Harbor Freight this weekend, 2nd time in 3 years. I always find at least one deal. They have a table up front of "as is" deals. This was an Airbrush Compressor with sprayer. Not high end, but about $100 off retail. The box was beat up badly with lots of tape. The gal said everything was there or there would be a note of missing parts. Also told me I could bring back in 5 days for full refund. Got home and everything perfect and still in factory wrapping. Pretty good start kit especially for someone (like me) who has no idea how to use an air brush!

Thank you very much Mike g., I’m like you, I sold a Legacy Santa Fe AC6000, Legacy Milwaukee Road GP35, and a little cash. The selling and swapping of train items makes it fun and a heck of a lot more affordable, and this buy was with a close friend of mine. My friend asked me to help him sell the steamer and I made him an offer, now it’s mine. I like the OGR For Sale, and the OGR wanted to buy forums. Happy Railroading Everyone

Really a good looking scratch build  Lee. 🤓 It certainly deserves a place of prominence  on the layout.
