I have started to observe odd characters in place of the engine road numbers on my cab 2 screen.  I first noticed last week on the NYC gp9, then over the weekend it appeared on three more engine displays. Also I have had to re-enter the engine info from the orange mods to get the engines to move, although the other features, sound, lights, etc. still worked the engines would not move.  Upon rentering the info mod they worked fine.

I am puzzled  and wondered if anyone has run across this before?   Thanks, Fred

Bigdodgetrain,I am running the version 1.3 legacy program.

Jdevileerjr, I just tried using the switch control and then engine control to see if that would change the engine number characters. Although it did not readily appear to show a cause and effect, I will watch the switch/engine command action to see if that is the cause.  I recently installed an ASC so you may be on to something. Thanks

I wrote Lionel service about this also and hope to hear back from them this week.

Thanks, Fred

That happens. Usually re-editing the engine name clears it up. I get it more when multiple remotes are running. Your remote is fine. Well as fine as anyone else's. I keep forgetting to bug Jon on it. I think it's a database corruption issue.

I do believe I sent this in once but it's such a rare occurrence I keep forgetting to flow up.

Ill email him tomorrow and send him a link to this page.
