I have a Lionel 6-11333 ATSF 3759   I turned the sound all the way down on the Cab 2 remote and now I can't get the sound back. I've used the aux1 app and the sound up button, but nothing works. I also tried the aux2 and the sound up button but that didn't help either. I did not touch the sound wheel in the tender at all to lower the sound. Any suggestions on how to get my sound back. I'll appreciate any help anyone can give me.

Important note, on Legacy there are 2 volumes.

Global- aka overall volume is do not press aux1, only press volume up (button 1).

Then specifically prime mover or steam engine sounds- is aux1 and then volume.

I think you turned global volume down, and then not knowing the difference in command sequence are pressing aux1 and then volume and that won't work because that is the secondary volume for steam sounds only.

Norman, I turned the volume down by using the volume down key only. I've tried bringing the volume up by just using the volume up key or button1. I haven't used the aux-1 key to raise the volume up. Still no luck using the volume up key any other Ideas for me to try?

Place the tender on the rails by itself, and power up the track to see if the tender makes idle sounds.

A tender powered up alone will come on full volume with idle steam sounds.
