I cleared my browser cache, shut down Chrome, then started Chrome, logged into OGR forum, and I still get the same message.  As a test, I tried Microsoft Edge, and it works fine.

Definitely something about Chrome.  I had another website that used to work with Chrome, and it now doesn't.  Google is making updates to Chrome that break things.  I am starting to think about abandoning Chrome for another browser.
