I am looking for advice on how to add my new Lionel #2032020 B.E.D.T 0-6-0 to the legacy remote.I have a large layout wired to run both DCS and Lionel TMCC/Legacy.I have several Lionel Legacy engines in my Legacy remote with no problem.When I try to add this particular engine I have the prog/run switch in program but when I power up the track the sound system comes alive and it will not take the commands.It sounds like the engine is coming alive in conventional mode.There is no command/conventional switch on this engine.Not sure what I am doing wrong.I tried to call Lionel today and was on hold for 40 minutes.Do they answer the phone?
