Wow, looking at some photos that building is 6 stories high, and looking at the windows those are more than 10' high floors. Let's say 12' conservatively which translates to 18" high. That is going to be one BIG building!!! If i were doing it (unless i had a lot of real estate available) i'd scale it down quite a bit and try to capture the important features and details so viewers would recognize it, and not build an exact replica of a magnificent structure. Just my opinion.

Depends on the era too.  The top floor is not original.

Marconi had his wireless antenna on the original roof to test communication with moving trains.
