Consists of eight 4' X 6' sections, one 3' X 10' section and several smaller sections for corners, fill-in spaces, etc.  All sections are constructed of 1"X 4" lumber frame, covered with 1/2" plywood and then a 1/2" cover of Homosote.  There are about 12 legs included to support the table.  All constuction is screwed together, no nails, so it is sturdy yet easy to disassemble.  A large control panel can be included, along with a storage cabinet built to contain 72 "0" gage pieces of rolling stock in cushioned slots.  Some scenery remains on the layout which may be re-used, if desired but all tracks and trains are gone.

Here's the catch:  The layout must be disassembled from my basement and moved as I am no longer able to do manual work or carry heavy objects dueto health reasons.  The layout is in Ohio, near Cleveland. so you would need to plan transport the sections.

If you are planning a large layout, this would be an excellent starting point and base.  Call or e-mail me if interested.
