Got a RA# from Lionel to send in Legacy base and Cab 2 for repair since the handheld couldn’t find the base. Was told repairs were averaging 3 weeks. Shipped on 11/19/21 and received back on 11/26/21 and this was over the Thanksgiving holiday. Tested the system upon return, it worked perfectly and had been updated to 1.7. Many thanks to Lionel for this outstanding customer service.

I had the same experience with Lionel Support with two of my Cab 2 remotes. I'm on the west coast so shipping took a little longer. I'm glad to hear that others have had the same experience.
