I have a K3203-900 Hudson Cruise Control Upgrade Kit, and a K3603-900 Mikado Cruise Control Upgrade Kit. They actually look identical as to parts inside. Both unused. Original box, packing, and instruction manual. The Mikado labeled kit has the additional Lionel part number on of 6-21497. Searches on the internet call them "Hudson or Mikado" Cruise upgrade kits. Either one $75 shipped conus. Paypal.

The Hudson K3203-900 is sold.
