The front coupler on my Atlas Premier SD70ACe (MTH tooling) wouldn't stay closed. I contacted Customer Service to get a return authorization for the coupler replacement. It was a pleasure being able to reach someone quickly and directly talk to a knowledgeable person, Bill, who knew and understood the innards of their product line. I UPS'd the engine to Atlas last Wednesday and got it back today all fixed--an 8-day turnaround!! (I paid for the outbound shipping but Atlas paid for the return.) I really appreciate how promptly, smoothly and pain-free this warranty repair was handled by Atlas O. Thanks, Bill !
