Last Friday I checked Pat's Trains website and found 2 MTH and 1 Lionel item that I was looking for so I decided to call and arrange for a purchase.
What a surprisingly pleasant experience. Pat was super personable, extremely upbeat and the ordering process went great. The package arrived Monday (UNBELIEVABLE!) and it was as ordered. Fantastic experience and I had to let everyone know, the use of a Forum Sponsor was something I wouldn't hesitate to do again.
