I've scanned the previous forum posts, but still haven't found a solution.  My Legacy GP-7 (Western Pacific #705) has always sounded great.  I recently brought it up in conventional mode, and it was silent.  Then I brought up in Legacy mode, and it's still silent.  No combination of increasing sound volume buttons, crew talk, start and shutdown procedures, make any sound.  It runs fine, but silently.  I didn't have a battery in it, so I put a new one in.  No change.

I re-initialized the engine using the procedure in its manual.  It made a few noises when I hit "SET", but it's still silent.  I even re-initialized the program in the CAB-2 from its orange insertion thingy.  Is there any simple thing I'm missing to turn its sound on?  Thanks for any help.

Amazing.  The manual volume control was fully on (it hadn't been touched), but I turned it off, then back on, and now it works.  I'm not sure why it solved the problem, but that was a great suggestion.  Thank you.
