I have 4 gallons of paint I got from Home Depot. These were mistakes which I got for free. I was going to use the paint for floor paint in the train room but the significant other does not like the color. The paint is almost 2 years old and since I can't use it I am offering it to any train guy out there for the same price I paid. Nothing. I don't know how much longer it is going to last. The paint is a whitish teal color and it is of course latex. Can be used to seal homasote or anything else. I will add a pic of the color shortly. Please do not ask me to ship it.
