Lionel 364M - Log loader motor | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I have a 364 Lionel log loader motor that I am currently working on and can't get the motor to spin like it is supposed to. I have replaced the armature and brushes but it just vibrates when energized. Any ideas on what I need to do now? How do I test the coil? Or, should I just order a full replacement? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
