Lionel 6-28555 - lighting problem | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I need some help.

The strobe light and front head light do not illuminate on this engine, Lionel 6-28555 Legacy GP-38-2.

I have done an engine reset. I have also looked inside and see no pinched wires, I also re-seated the control boards and the wire connectors. The two ditch lights come on when going forward. The cab light goes off when the engine starts to move in either direction the way it is supposed to. The back-up light works fine ( when in reverse). When in reverse, the front marker lights come on (red).

What should I look at next?

Also, are the ditch lights suppose to flash when the horn in activated? If so, they do not. Hmm.
