Just added this crossover to my layout. When locomotive crosses over it create`s a clicking sound. It is not derailing and crosses over smoothly except for the loud and noticeable noise it makes. This is the only crossover I have on my current layout. It is for a small figure eight design. Any suggestions or advice is welcome.

The noise is, probably, the pickup rollers. As long as nothing derails or shorts out, you are okay. By the way, the prototype is pretty noisy. This is a clip from the crossing at Plant City, FL. I've been there - it's surprisingly loud.
