Lionel FasTrack Plug-N-Play Accessory Activator Pack
Henning's just got some of these in last week, and they're coming back because as soon as power is supplied, the accessory activates, it doesn't wait for a train to enter the insulated rail section. I was in the shop when one came back. Sure enough, as soon as track power was applied, the accessory (a gate-man in this case) activated right away.
The issue is easy to fix, if you turn the 10" piece over, you'll see the traditional Fastrack connecting bar between the two outside rails. OOPS! Who thought that was a good idea??? 
The fix is to remove that crossbar, then the activator track works as intended.
Just a Head's Up for anyone that sees or hears about this issue.
