I think to most people, the definitions for "rail" and "track" are synonymous, or even swapped (e.g.: one track is often referred to as a "set of tracks" or otherwise referred to plurally, and I have heard/read instances where one track is referred to as a rail).  It's yet another failed attempt at using railroad terminology--note that the engineer is once again referred to as a conductor at the beginning of the video.
