How far do you need to move it?

How many legs support the layout?

There are inexpensive furniture sliders of various sizes available at most any home improvement center.  Simply lift each leg (you may need someone to help with this) and then slide one of the furniture sliders under each leg.  Once installed, you, perhaps with some help, should be able to easily slide the layout to where you want it.

The best way to move a complete table would be to put moving dollies under each table leg---you would raise up the table using several jacks spaced about 4 ft apart with 2x4's in between the jack and the table rim. once you get it high enough, put moving dollies(the ones with 3 wheels) under each leg. drop the table onto the dollies, and you can move the table wherever you need to.

I moved my 36x22 foot island layout by first separating it into two pieces so that it formed two L's. used one automotive floor jack and a whole bunch of the fiber coasters. Then 6 friends stopped by and pushed. Moved it one foot each way to expand the width by two feet. the tables are all 2x4 framing bolted together makes for a ridged table.
