Have you tried using the OGR SEARCH feature? There should be all sorts of threads on mounting Kadee couplers, here on the 3RS Forum.

They already have.  That was @Hot Water's point.  Many examples from the past are archived in the forum, and are accessible through the Search page.

Try this.  Go to the Search page by clicking on the word 'Search' in the menu bar:

then when the Search page comes up type in "Kadee MTH F3" in the box labeled 'Contains All Of These Words', like this:

Then click on the 'Search' button at the bottom of that section.  In return you'll get a list of links to a number of good examples.  Here's what the beginning of the list looks like:
