MTH PRR signal bridge wiring

Hi, I'm having trouble wiring up my signal and I'm using the isolated rail method with Atlas o track and I have my ground and positive wires and I'm getting the stopped signal. So I know it's getting power but my only problem is getting it to function properly using the green wire any input is fine .

You need a relay or something with 3 contacts.Here is how to do any accessory with a relay
