The animated drive-in movie signs are available. As for the screen, I believe it was Walt Rapp that put a small portable TV. It looks pretty neat.

I believe portable DVD players work well for this. I imagine you could "burn" some old movie clips.
Here is a link to old Drive-in commercials that you can download and burn onto DVD for your Drive-in. The old hurry on down to the snack bar and the dancing hot dogs.
The NY PAL (Police Athletic League) Lionel Layout had a Drive-in using a portable TV as the screen.
What we are saying in answer to your inquiry is NO there are no accessories of Drive-ins that you can purchase ready-made.
Hello I sent you an email regarding this , I have all the components to build these . I have built 2 for other people , it takes a special LCD screen which I had custom built from a company in Japan . Along with the screen you need a DVD player . These screens I have have separate controls like a TV . The screens cost 300 each.
I also have mini / micro projector to actually shoot the beam onto a blank screen like the real thing. I have been wanting to get it built but have been building many things for customers and have not had time. I saw these mini projectors work and they are really cool . Ideal for an O scale drive - in . They can't be too far to get the sharp picture on the screen , but are just tooo cool !! , I bought 4 of these projectors for I think 200 a piece.
If you go to you tube and type in the search box Bernies Trains official , there is a 17 minute video of a layout I built and it shows the drive in working . In person with the lights dimmed , it looks pretty good.
