Following pennsyfan and Sitka ... A Conrad Dressler steamer from the years 1945-1949 (perhaps later) marked .."made in U.S. Zone Germany" pulls a string of UK "Mettoy" freight cars from the 1950's including the ALL IMPORTANT hopper car!

@pennsyfan- Hey Bob, you know that jet powered NYC thing was actually real and set a speed record, in excess of 100 mph as I recall. Would have made a devil of a good commuter loco for sure, esp on the Long Island RR which was habitually LATE!

Yes but I think the noise was quite unpleasant. In the train and track side.
