In the 1950's Pittman marked O gauge line of semi-scale/tinplate trolleys that could operate on overhead or third rail depending on one's preference. I have a couple of Pittman trolleys and operate them over a small part of my pike using the original wire system.  Their overhead trolley wire was a rather heavy gauge wire and I am putting some of that up on my pike which has some 2 rail scale street track and three rail tubular track.  What I am looking for is a Pittman #75-34 LH "Erect-A-Frog" (overhead trolley wire frog).  If anyone has one of these, I would like to buy it.  Just need one.

Hi.  Thanks for asking.  Yes, I finally found a left hand Pittman Erect-a-Wire frog.  Turns out that a friend of mine had one in his spare parts stash.  I have since extended the wire all of the way around one oval of track (about 20 feet worth of wire) and it has been fairly trouble free.

So I guess this particular post can be closed.
