how do i check rail sound power supply card 691-pcb1-04d  train dead  (does nothing) got  power coming in from track what pins are output and input ... 691-rspr-a00 is the replacement card from lionel ...another question is if this card is bad will train do any thing   this is a tmcc train

It looks like this is the third thread you've started about this problem, and after reading the others, I see this is a K-Line locomotive with TMCC.

A bad RS power board will prevent your sounds from working, but everything else -- movement, smoke, lights, etc. should be fine.

If nothing on your locomotive is working, then two possible answers come to mind. 1) Power is not getting to the motherboard, which in turns delivers power to the other boards in the system. 2) All the boards in the loco are bad.

I'd verify that you have power on the motherboard and each of the three boards connected to it.
