After 7 years, two floods, and three remodels, were ready to go! This is the third and final time finishing the basement. I have the foundation "Professionally Water Proofed" this time around and remodeled it a little differently, just in case the water proofing fails. So far, even after Sandy, its bone dry down there!!
I have a four day weekend over Thanksgiving, and the wife is going to see her parents in Florida, So I'm home alone for four uninterrupted days of bench work construction!
