Great to see these railroad equipment, with their color paint schemes and markings.

The orange, yellow and black sand tower and building, to me, are typical railroad fixtures, especially with their colors and markings.

That sand tower could have been painted by American Flyer, as could have been the

shop.  I have never seen any actual RR structures in such bright colors.  Since the KCS is not a megamerger, and was cited on another thread as owning Pullman-Bradley cars, I need to pay some attention to it.

It's unusual, I'll agree.  Before the merger, Santa Fe's sand tower at Temple, Texas, was painted red with a yellow "cigar band" nose emblem.
