Just a bare bones start with a Station that hopefully will be equipped and peopled someday soon. Custom single story Depot by Central Loco Works to fit the 084 curve. Replaced a two story MTH unit that had its sheds cut to roughly fit the curves.

MY space-eating Trailways Bus Station with platforms will be located well back behind it.

Beautiful job with this station. I like the yellow Warbonnets to compliment it as well.

thank you I waited about 3 months for the station but it was worth it. the yellow bonnet I was lucky enough to find one for sale a few months ago it was a New A-B-A set from Williams I also found another B unit so I picked it up also. so it is a A-B-B-A the passenger cars I have for it are the 027 streamlined Santa Fe single strip car's I have the 3 car set plus an extra passenger car and the vista dome. for a total of 5 cars. so it makes for a decent train. I upgraded the powered A unit to have a err board. but the engine seems to be a little down on power so I have been thinking of doing the dummy upgrade to a powered unit and also do another err in it.

I have to say the yellow bonnets are my favorite. I have a railking f3 yellow also that I have been upgrading the decals on it there was none. and for that one I have 3 Santa Fe streamliner cars for it.  I would love to do the 3rd rail ones but I think I might be single if I did that

My beautiful Texas Santa Fe station will be going into storage.  The area where the station was is the location for my new Army RR yard (circa 1040's).  I will be replacing the Temple, TX station with another custom built station modeled after an Army base station located at Jefferson Barracks near St. Louis, Missouri.  I will have this station on my main line and a smaller freight station in the adjoining yard.  My new Army base will be named after my childhood hero........Camp Crockett.

Here is a photo of the Jefferson Barracks station circa 1940's.

Alan, that is one of the most magnificent train station complexes in our O-Gauge hobby. This thread would not be complete without these photos.

Having seen it first hand, any photos cannot do it justice. This layout is worth the trip so at some point, Alan & Lakeeta should be on your must see list.
