If any other Forumites attend the Trainworx event Tomorrow, please tap me on the shoulder so we can howdy and shake, eyeball to eyeball. (That's Texan for "meet in person.) I will be there all day, wearing some kind of BNSF shirt and a Trainworx ID badge.

See you tomorrow, I will be wearing a "Alabama" red shirt.

I was already to go, but instead I became a grandfather yesterday! Got to go meet the my first grandkid in Midland tomorrow. Have fun, my youngest daughter (13) and myself were looking forward to going. We always have fun there.
I wish I could be there. This will be an outstanding fun and Lion train filled event with proceeds going to a worthwhile cause, the Dallas Ronald McDonald House.

Marianne and I will be there! See you tomorrow.
The Trainworx folks are first-class in every way possible, and they are hands-down the epitome when I think of the word "ambassadors" for our hobby. Between the layouts they build and the events they sponsor, they're tops in my book. I just wish I lived within driving distance for this event!!! I'd be there in a heartbeat... and would probably have a very difficult time leaving.

Tom, I wish I could attend this show so we could meet.
As a fellow LSHR member, I'd really like to be there; unfortunately, I'm OCONUS this week. This will be my 2nd missed trainworx. Bummed about missing this one.
LCCA Convention Manager Bob Carter and his wife represented the LCCA at the 9-27-14 TW Train Worx's Third Annual Layout Festival. Thank you to all of the LCVA members and their families for attending. It was a great and fun event! Thank you Roger and Dorcie Farkash.

It was a GREAT outing, several layouts, all beautiful. Lots of folks to answer questions and some super buys.

Here are some more photos of TW TrainWorx's Third Annual Layout Festival Charity event. Money was raised during this event by TW TrainWorx for the local Dallas Ronald McDonald house who helps families at times of family medical needs.
The LCCA and TW TrainWorx arranged for Lionel Mascot Lenny The Lion's featured guest appearance during this fun and worthwhile event.
Thank you TW TrainWorx, Roger and Dorcie Farkash And of course Lenny The Lion! I hope you enjoy the photos.

Great pictures. Thanks for sharing. it looks like a really good time and event!
Terrific photos!!!
Nice to see that 84" long "steel span" bridge (above the shirts) in the last photo. I purchased one of those at York a couple of years ago and plan to deploy it on one of the Standard Gauge lines in my new layout. Should be a real eye-catcher!!!

That is a great looking bridge, I admire it every time I visit 2=3 times a year.
I have the perfect spot.
