Funny stuff for sure, but Chrome(after about 1st 4 months), and FF crash me fully, constantly. Got tired of rebooting.

IE? escape, close, re-open, browse.

What ever you do, do not update it! Went and updated it and now cannot load pictures into threads...

I use Mozilla firefox.

I can load pictures fine, but no you tube embedding in quite some time(Oct-Nov?).

That's how I found this, looking for clues as to what "todays" method might be.

Mostly, embedding only posts a copy of the OGRF page I'm on.

No know issues seen by any scanning tools.

Yesterday I closed a tab (outlook then to OGRF, then closed), and it posted a blank response, to a different thread, by mail, though opened on a separate tab.

I use IE, Firefox and Chrome.  All 3 perform equally well on all 3 of my computers.  Some work better on some sites that are actually designed more specifically for 1 browser over the others.

I find that most computer problems fall under the category of being ID/10-t user errors.

I use IE as my default on Windows Vista, it does run slow on sites that want to open with lots of videos and ads[the latest CNN site for example] for this and posting pics on this forum I keep Chrome on the desktop, opens CNN and allows posting pics to this site,  runs faster on most sites, Bear in mind IE is no longer supported actively my Microsoft.

No IE here for many many years. If I could remove it from my computer I would.

My almost 2 year old Chrome Netbook still works better than any Windows based machine for surfing. I have NEVER had FF crash a system.....

Microsoft vs. General Motors

        At a recent computer expo, Bill Gates reportedly compared the computer industry with the auto industry and stated "If GM had kept up with technology like the computer industry has, we would all be driving $25.00 cars that got 1,000 miles to the gallon.

In response to Bill's comments, General Motors issued a press release stating: If GM had developed technology like Microsoft, we would all be driving cars with the following characteristics:

1. For no reason whatsoever, your car would crash twice a day.
2. Every time they repainted the lines in the road, you would have to buy a new car.
3. Occasionally your car would die on the freeway for no reason. You would have to pull over to the side of the road, close all of the windows,shut off the car, restart it, and reopen the windows before you could continue. For some reason you would simply accept this.
4. Occasionally, executing a maneuver such as a left turn would cause your car to shut down and refuse to restart, in which case you would have to reinstall the engine.
5. Macintosh would make a car that was powered by the sun, was reliable,          five times as fast and twice as easy to drive - but would run on only five percent of the roads.
6. The oil, water temperature, and alternator warning lights would all be replaced by a single "General Protection Fault" warning light.
7. The airbag system would ask "Are you sure?" before deploying.         
8. Occasionally, for no reason whatsoever, your car would lock you out and refuse to let you in until you simultaneously lifted the door handle, turned the key and grabbed hold of the radio antenna.
9. Every time GM introduced a new car, car buyers would have to learn to drive all over again because none of the controls would operate in the same manner as the old car.

MS has finally thrown in the towel on IE.  Windows 10 will have a new browser, "Spartan."

I've been a Safari user for years.  I have NEVER had an issue with it.
