OK Scott is on his way back to snowy Roanoke from St. Augustine's Florida.......... (No no April Fools Joke, Roanoke just gets weird weather) So I was asked to fill in! I overslept so I am posting a few quick shots of Mrs. Blue Cat in the hat's Tinplate trains. She loves the tinplate because they're pretty.

Next up for her she has her eye on this beauty with the matching cars :-)

The Shawmut’s only Russian decapod, refereed to, by the Shawmut men as that “D*m*ed wide gauge Bolshevik” is waiting at the depot for a northbound freight to pass.
One of my favorite observation cars, the K-Line 21" CZ.
Here are two photos of an area of the layout under construction. This particular section portrays the "Standard Railroad" circa 1960's when it's fortunes were rapidly declining. Poor trackside maintenance has led to drainage problems, and formation of trackside ponds in drainage ditches. Note the growth of cattails and the trash thrown along the tracks. Penn Central and even darker days are right around the corner!

Love your Canadian National K-Line cars. I agree, with you, the K-Lines are a wonderful addition to any layout.
Added a work house to the layout, just need to add some landscaping around it.

Thank you. These Golden Gate Depot CN Passenger cars really add some balance to my passenger car fleet. Since all my ATSF passenger cars are the 21" K-Line "Aluminum" color, these Green and Black cars help to balancing out some of the color on our layout.
