To upgrade a 20-2185-1 Veranda Turbine could one just use a Master kit as it only has one powered unit?

As of a few days ago, you can actually order a kit specifically for the veranda. Call MTH for details.
A couple of days ago, when I tried, I got this in an email from Midge:
There will be no backorder kit for the Premier Veranda Turbine because the is no kit available.
Red letters and all ... I think she is getting tired of my requests ...
I don't want to be a jerk here, but I'm having one heck of a time getting MTH to order/send/backorder the PS2 upgrade kits. First they have it, then they don't, then when I ask for 2 I get 1 ... maybe ... I'm only trying to spend a lot of money on seven upgrades ... Currently it looks like I'll get 2 or 3 at the most ... and not certain if others will be back ordered or not ...
Certainly no way to run a company or a good way to treat customers who have purchased literally tens of thousands of dollars of their products over the years.
Trying to order upgrade kits via the on-line system doesn't work; they aren't in there ... yet.
Frustrating.
