So we all have Handcars, Snow plows and Cable cars(Trolleys) that don't get that much running time, here is what you can do and this all you need.
1. A Menards or Scale Long Flatcar
2. A piece of track your not using... In my case I will be using an old Gargraces track that has tons of miles on it.
3. Your item you want on the flatcar

Come on somebody, make a comment about the wording on this flatcar so I don't have to. 

The most important thing here is the engine's stack is lined up with the arrow pointing up so one knows which way the smoke is supposed to go. The military is very strict in how they want stuff loaded you know...  BTW where are the tie down chains? Can't move DODX 39827 without the load being secured first!

That's why the crane is there, to give a friendly nudge now and then.
