ZW Transformer Performance Specifications & Test Procedures? | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Hello Folks,

I acquired a vintage ZW transformer a few weeks back is very good condition, except it needed a new power cord. Replaced that today and it seems to work well, but I am curious to know how it's current performance compares to how it performed when new. Are there any published specifications available?

And has anyone here (or elsewhere) established a battery of tests (and expected results) to determine if a ZW is operating optimally, along with instructions on how to perform these tests? Are there any known issues I should look out for on my ZW?
