I have a 3 volt board set in a premier diesel that has a constant clicking sound coming from the relays when power is applied, that's the only sound it makes and it just sits there. I removed the boards and put them in a known good railking steamer, and it does the exact same thing. .02 amp draw at any voltage.....I was wondering if anybody on here might have any ideas about it, and whether or not it would be worth fixing. I appreciate any replies...............

It's certainly worth having a tech look at it. It could be just one board, and many issues on those can be repaired. Since they're no longer available, your replcement is a $200 board set, probably worth a shot at repairing the set you have.
did you try a conventional reset with a z4000 transformer otherwise what john said have a tech check it out for you!

It won't start at all, it just sets there and clicks.......

Do not keep powering it up. Long term exposure to power up can further damage the boards. G
