Yes. I'm in the process of making major changes to my layout which includes shrinking from about 35 x 13 feet to 12 x 13.

                        a loaded coal train heads out of the future coal mining area....

Brian, That has an authentic feel to it, with that whole grimed-over atmosphere. You are really going to make something fantastic with that real estate, I can tell. Every railroad element looks realistic.

I'm stunned you would say that, Brian. What a kind and gracious thing to say to a fellow hobbyist. Thank you, most sincerely. I am sure we are all enjoying the wait to see the progression, but take your time; those super-creative, super-rewarding moments are short-lived, after all.
