OK, now we can have the meeting, and a meeting-after party as well!

As you remember, last October DCS meeting day was the day I got the news I had very bad prostate cancer.  I had to sit that one out.  I am looking forward to getting together with all the great people who attend the meeting and supported me.  I value my train friends very much.

If we do not have a scribe, there will not be a meeting summary posted on the forum.

Barry, three questions.  Two are retreads that I do not recall an empirical answer to.  By asking again I my be just be just falling into one of my favorite Einstein definitions.

1. Are they ever going to RESTORE the feature to the loader allowing to upload an engine file to one's computer to save??????

2. Are they ever going to incorporate into the "user's" loader the ability to permanently change loco info?

3. (NEW) What if any plans and/or how long do they intend  to support  any kind of replacement  boards for FAILED 5v systems such as the 5v to 3v boards?

Question 1: Yes, in the next release of the Loader Program.

Question 2: No, that's not planned.

Barry    I have another question all the way from Australia. In 2012 at York, Mike disgust a board that would plug into DCC ready locomotives, and would provide,DCS,DCC and Motorola 1&2, in 2 and 3 rail, without a flywheel, can MTH tell us how this board is progressing.     Thanks  Stephen

FYI, Dick and Karen are the owners of RR-Cirkits, which makes a line of detection, signal control, and accessory control hardware.  Most of their product is aimed at HO DCC, but they offer several products we are incorporating into our layout automation packages.  I hope everyone will join me in welcoming them to their first DCS User Group meeting and their first York.
