After receiving 5 Lionel Legacy engines in the past year that had to immediately go back for warranty repair, Gryzboski's  is the first to exchange my engine for another new unit.   I can not explain how happy and pleased I am.  I have dealt with them in the past through eBay and directly at train shows, as well as speaking with their staff by phone. Always a good experience.

Customer service like this will make me more inclined to give them my $ on future purchases rater then shopping for the best price.  I'm down to about a handful of dealers that are top notch and step up to the plate to make things right.

Thank you Gryzboski's Trains!

Grzyboski's is a top-notch dealer.    Glad to see somebody standing behind their sales.

As for Lionel's quality problems with Legacy engines coming out of China in recent years, they've gotta be at an all time low.  The overseas factory workers just don't give a hoot.  FIVE problem locomotives from one customer in one year???    Unacceptable and embarrassing.

Aside from sluggishness in the market, I wouldn't be at all surprised if the relatively small number of high-end locomotive offerings in Lionel's latest catalog is somehow related to the burdens newly manufactured product has placed on the company's warranty/repair department.
