Mike you are welcome. The K-Line ATSF Hoppers are right at the very top of my all time favorite Grain cars.

All of my CN/GTW/SANTA FE passenger cars arer stock.

All of my Santa Fe Passenger cars are the Silver 21" K-Line Hi and Lo Level cars.

My GTW passenger cars are 18" MTH Green and Black Heavy Weights and Golden Gate Depot (GGD) 21" Green and Black Heavy Weights.

In my CN I have a little more variety.

The CN 18" Streamline cars are in two color schemes. The 18" MTH Gray( almost white) and Black and the Green and Black.

The CN 21" GGD are both Streamline and Heavy weights in the Green and Black.

Mike when I was a kid I wanted the Santa Fe F-3 ABA with passenger cars, esp the Vista dome cars. I still have those babies.

PHOTO 1: Love that Warbonnet: my Super Chiefs.  Top half, the Lionel Anniversary Passenger set, with an extra car added.   Bottom half: Top shelf is an MTH ABBA Premier set (they're doubled up on the shelf) and a bunch of 18" K-Line aluminum cars.  I've added interiors to some of them.  Lower shelf is a set of Lionel traditional F3s with 15" silhouette cars.

Photo 2: Four of my six ATSF steamers.  5012 is, I think, MTH PS2, 2921 is MTH PS1, 3759 (and 3751, not shown) are Legacy, the loco on the bottom is a fantasy loco - its body is from a recent Lionel Mogul but it is now mounted on a WBB ten-wheeler chassis with a trailing truck added because it looks good there.  Railsounds put in the tender.

I also have the recent 3rd-Rail ATSF 2929 in a display case in my office: people really like to look at  it!

Wow lee very very nice collection of Santa Fe  equipment. Thank you for sharing with us.

You may be referring to a Lionel Warbonnet U28CG on the lower shelf (6th) and the No 801 is a RK scale Dash 8 from a few years ago. Backing No 801 is the Legacy Lionel AC6000.

Also pictured here is the Legacy pair of Geeps with a blue & yellow off-set caboose and on the lower shelf to the left of the red U boat is a Santa Fe Station sounds diner

With the exception of the two Large Scale engines (PA & SD70) and the Freight F3, all of these fine engines were purchased/traded from the Forum!

C. sam thanks again for your help. I was looking at the new MTH caralog and did not see any newer war bonnets in primier. Trying to decided on something in the Dash 8 or Dash 9 for a GRAIN TRAIN CONSIST in Santa Fe livery(mth).

Thanks. The trio in the second to the last photo are MTH Scale-wheeled C40-8W's. The last one is an MTH Scale-wheeled SD70ACe in what I refer to as an Isle of Denial paint scheme. I think MTH referred to it as a Heritage, but so far __SF hasn't officially posted a heritage scheme set. I figure they'll get on board pretty soon.

Saved from the garbageman! Runs fine.(sorry web cam shots, lost camera cord)

The third engine "to enter our house." Another gift from Gramps, a "Sante Fe Hudson" (my brothers, I borrowed it.... 23years ago)

I borrowed this from by brother too, two years ago, both of us laughing like idiots as I did, both of us knowing full well he wont get it back....... till I die anyhow.

]

Its not finished yet, but here's a peak..........

Since this video was shot more lights were added, and a modified fan smoke unit belches smoke out the rear, with the flickering l.e.d.s light getting caught in the smoke, it looks like blue flames shooting a 1/2" out the back.

It will pull a Lionel Marvin the Martian / Bugs Bunny rocket launcher, Porky Pig Instant Martian car, two gondolas with operating kitbashed "malfunctioning space machinery", and a one truck, flying saucer/ caboose / f.r.e.d.(which is on the table loop) The paintjob will get some "Mars" green and yellow stripes over the white base. I call it a "Mars the God of War-Bonnet" paintjob.

Terry

Planes came from Besser's Whistlestop

in Baldwinsville. New York(sub of Syracuse).

they are kits and Kevin sells them for $10.00,

or 2 for ( I think) $18.00.

They are not to bad to put together, although you will

need more than the little screw driver they stick in the kit.

You'll need a pair of pliers too.

Tell kevin i sent you, He will ship.

he also has WWII war birds

P40s, P51s, spitfires, Corsairs.

Have Fun!!!!!
