Hello all

1946 Carl Nordstand of Sweden introduced his 2mm scale 10mm gauge HOO ( half OO gauge) line.
Hoping to catch the model train fever of America the NYC Hudson is produced .. pulling a string of American Pullmans . Too small? Ahead of it's time ? ( Lone Star introduced N gauge ( 9mm) in 1960 )
Marketed in America 1947-49 ...in kits or RTR ...few customers.

Where did you find track to operate this Carey? Is it gauged loosely enough to run on standard N scale track?

Great find and in many ways much higher quality in terms of scale fidelity that most N scale prior to the 1970's.

Fortunately HON3 track at 10.5mm ..works !!! ...very lucky ...have yet to see an original piece of Micro Trains track ...
