My brother dougpayne48@gmail.com has been trying for two days to change his password. Since he can’t get in prior to changing it he is stuck and can’t post this message. He has tried for two days on multiple Apple devices. Each time he directs an email to be sent with password change instructions but the email never shows up. He has checked junk and spam and his all mail folders and it is not there either. What should he do?
