Who da thunk it?
I was in San Diego for a wedding the week of the 16th of January, and I had to delay my departure two days because of icing at 3200 feet. During the 10 days I was there, it rained all but 2 days with some 5 plus inches of rain from the 3 storms. So much for sunny California. I actually picked up ice on my decent as well as my departure. Additionally, I had a puddle in the baggage area of a plane that does not normally leak.
