does anyone have the ps2 5volt and 3 volt test rig for sale

You missed it, I sold a pair of them last fall

Best way to get these it to go to the MTH school and purchase them direct.  You'll also have support after the sale.  The actual school is free, but you have to buy the test sets, and you're responsible for your lodging.

Note that the PS/3 one isn't cheap, and for steamers you also have to have a set of "golden boards" that runs up the cost as well.
